With the long-awaited return of Red Bull Flugtag to Dallas–Fort Worth, our friends at Red Bull set out to create a high-energy experience for thousands of spectators—complete with a standout hospitality program for their VIP guests. They asked us to bring that vision to life, transforming an unconventional space into a premium environment worthy of the spectacle unfolding below.

Perched atop a parking garage overlooking the event, the hospitality space presented both a unique opportunity and a complex challenge. We led the full design and build-out, converting the raw rooftop into a polished, climate-controlled destination. Through strategic use of tenting, custom flooring, shaded lounge areas, and cooling solutions, we created a comfortable and elevated setting that offered guests a perfect vantage point of the action.

In addition to the physical space, we managed the entire hospitality program from end to end. This included navigating all permitting requirements, sourcing and overseeing vendors across tenting, flooring, AV, catering, and security, and ensuring every operational detail was executed seamlessly.

The experience extended well beyond the footprint of the event itself. Our team coordinated guest services for more than 500 attendees, managing ticketing, hotel accommodations, and transportation logistics to and from the venue to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.

The result was a vibrant, high-functioning hospitality environment that matched the energy and creativity of Flugtag itself—giving Red Bull’s guests an unforgettable way to take in the event from above.
