Our team designed and brought Santa’s Village at Ponce City Market to life for the holiday season. Using the campaign’s key visuals as inspiration, we transformed two-dimensional concepts into an immersive winter wonderland for families to explore and enjoy — complete with detailed 3D renderings and experiential design elements throughout the space.

To build excitement for the holiday season, we also developed and produced a festive holiday parade, which featured themed dancers, a live marching band, holiday hula hoop performers, iceless skaters, and festive pop-up entertainment sprinkled throughout. 

From creative direction to on-site staffing and guest experience, we thoughtfully managed every detail to ensure the magic of the North Pole stayed fully intact.
