We kicked off the festival season alongside Variety during the 2026 edition of SXSW. With the festival condensed into a single week instead of two, our team moved fast — successfully executing four events across three days.

The first event celebrated Variety’s magazine cover reveal and doubled as the premiere after-party for Boots Riley’s latest film, I Love Boosters. The evening featured a special performance by Keke Palmer inside a custom-built storefront installation. We assisted with this event through VIP hospitality management and onsite production support. 

The second activation was Variety’s True Crime Summit — a full day of panel discussions and live conversations for true-crime enthusiasts, including a featured appearance by Nancy Grace. From venue scouting & vendor management to stage design and execution, our team worked closely with Variety to kick off SXSW in a thrilling way.

Simultaneously, our team supported the execution, load-in, and activation of an Adobe-sponsored creative industry panel. Despite the tight turnaround between events, the experience came together seamlessly, giving festival attendees an engaging, hands-on look at industry-leading creative tools and technology.

On the final day of our four-peat, we partnered with Variety to produce a brunch discussion sponsored by GoogleTV featuring some of the industry’s top content creators. From early-morning load-in through event wrap, our team remained on-site to ensure a smooth guest experience from start to finish. Known for their humor and personality, the featured creators brought an energetic and entertaining atmosphere that made the event feel equal parts insightful and unforgettable.
